Back issues

Issue 1-3

Issue Cumulation 1-3

(UK only)
(Outside Europe)

The cumulation brings issues 1-3 back into print but looking better than they did in those cruder days over 20 years ago. This issue is type-set, with a brand new photo cover. Cumulations are in response to those who correctly argue that every issue of Fireworks should be kept in print. Otherwise firework history would be lost to newer readers. The programme will continue until all back issues are back in print.
Main items are:

  • Potted histories of firework companies

  • Collecting firework memorabilia: Several articles

  • Books about fireworks

  • Fifty One Years in the Firework Industry: H D F Hutchings recalls his life in Pain's Fireworks - from horse and carriage to retirement.

  • Octavius Hunt Ltd.: Joanna Hitt provides a history of the company's firework manufacturing history

  • Kimbolton Fireworks

  • Remembering the Fifth: Ron Harris wallows in nostalgia

  • Ranges for 1982

  • You had to be there on Bonfire Night: John Buxton Hilton summons up the magic of Guy Fawkes past
