Debate groupings and marshalled list of Stage 3 amendments to the Fireworks and Pyrotechnic Articles (Scotland) Bill

Further to the news of last week on the Stage 3 proceedings of the Fireworks and Pyrotechnic Articles (Scotland) Bill (see below), Criminal Justice Committee clerks have informed us that the final Marshalled List of amendments, and groupings for debate, have now been published online-

These show the amendments the Presiding Officer has selected for consideration at Stage 3, and the order in which they will be debated next Thursday afternoon, 23 June.

Stage 3 will be taken in the Debating Chamber and will involve all MSPs. The session will be live on SPTV, or people can now book tickets free of charge to observe the proceedings from the public gallery of the Chamber.

Once Stage 3 amendments are completed, the Parliament will move straight on to the final debate on whether the Bill should be passed into law. That decision will be taken at Decision Time at the end of business on 23 June.

Regards
