Refunds and Returns Policy
Thank you for your interest in our magazine. As each issue is sold as a one-off purchase and not on approval, we aim to keep our refunds and returns process simple and fair.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our publication, all magazine purchases are considered final once the order has been placed.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your magazine arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Photographic evidence of the damage (if applicable)
Upon review, we will offer either:
- A replacement copy (subject to availability), or
- A refund of the purchase price
3. Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch with us. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for return (if required) and arrange for the correct item to be sent or a refund issued.
